当代大学生就业心理问题及其影响因素探析

大众化教育的实现,使得大学生就业模式产生了根本性变化,整体向着自主择业和双向选择发展.但在毕业生人数日渐增多的情形下,就业难问题开始凸显,致使学生就业心理产生了不同程度的变化,呈现出了一些典型问题.对此,从大学生就业过程中出现的焦虑迷茫、依赖等待、盲目攀比心理问题着手,分析了造成这些问题的学校因素、家庭因素和学生个人因素,并提出了针对性解决策略.
Abstract
The realization of popular education makes the employment mode of college students have a fundamental change,the overall development toward independent choice of employment and two-way choice.However,with the increasing number of graduates,the problem of employment difficulties has been highlighted,resulting in different degrees of changes in the employment psychology of students,showing some typical problems.In this regard,starting from the psychological problems of anxiety and confusion,dependence on waiting and blind comparison in the employment process of college students,this paper analyzes the school factors,family factors and students'personal factors causing this problem,and puts forward targeted solutions.
