"五育并举"视域下高校资助育人成效研究

摘要
新时代高校在全面落实学生资助政策的基础上,通过研究资助育人工作的内涵、存在的主要问题以及五育举措,来综合分析资助育人的成效.在德育中,培养受助学生要修德;在智育中,通过学习增长见识和丰富学识;在体育中,树立"每个人是自己健康的第一责任人"的意识;在美育中,提升受助学生的幸福感和获得感;在劳育中,弘扬劳动精神;新时代高校资助育人工作对培养受助学生成长成才、提高学生综合素质、促进学生全面发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
On the basis of the full implementation of the student financial aid policy in universities in the new era,the effectiveness of financial aid in education is comprehensively analyzed by studying the connotation,the main problems and the five measures of education.By moral education,the assisted students should be taught to cultivate morality;by intellectual education,they are trained to increase their insight and enrich their knowledge through learning;by physical education,their consciousness that"everyone is the first responsible person for their own health"can be established;by aesthetic education,their happiness and sense of gain can be improved;by labor education,the spirit of labor can be carried forward.In the new era,the work of financial aid and education in colleges and universities is of great significance to promote students'growth and success,improve their comprehensive quality and promote their all-round development.
