面向未来的高校学科专业结构调整中教师队伍建设研究

本文通过文献综述和实证研究,回顾了过去与现在高校学科专业结构与教师队伍建设,分析了二者面临的新挑战,并提出了面向未来的相关政策措施.高校学科专业结构调整的措施包括重新考虑学科专业结构;建立跨学科合作机制以促进新型人才培养;参考英国教学卓越计划,大力推进教学与科研卓越.同时,高校教师队伍建设也需要因应未来的变化,可以采取这些措施:应用推进核心课程、必修课程、选修课程融合;聚焦科研、创新和教学能力,并分别予以激励;针对不同层次的教师提供个性化培训方案;将教师培训纳入绩效考核中;打造多样化的、国际化的课程体系;优先考虑拥有国内外学术背景的师资.
A Study on the Construction of Teacher Teams in the Adjustment of Discipline Structure in Colleges and Universities Facing the Future
Based on literature review and empirical research,this paper reviews the past and present discipline structure and teaching staff construction in universities,analyzes the new challenges faced by both,and puts forward relevant policies and measures for the future.The measures to adjust the structure of discipline and specialty in universities include reconsidering the structure of discipline and specialty;establishing interdisciplinary cooperation mechanism to promote the cultivation of new talents;promoting excellence in teaching and research with reference to the UK Teaching Excellence Programme.At the same time,the construction of college teacher teams also needs to cope with the changes in the future.The following measures can be taken:the integration of core courses,compulsory courses and elective courses can be promoted by application;focus on research,innovation and teaching capabilities and encourage them separately;provide personalized training programs for teachers at different levels;integrate teacher training into performance appraisal;to build a diversified and international curriculum system;preference is given to faculty with a domestic and international academic background.
