高职院校科研业绩考核与激励机制研究

摘要
高等职业教育科研水平的持续强化,进一步满足高职院校科研教育工作的多方面需求.高职院校应基于新时代科研管理体系建设,结合科研政策及科研要求,全面化地针对激励机制应用意义与科研业绩考核框架设计进行分析,在指出高职院校科研业绩考核与激励机制应用问题的同时,利用完善考核评价监督体系、细化激励方案、明确激励制度建设系统化规范三项策略,优化高职院校科研管理实践布局,提升新时期高职院校科研业绩考核的科学性与激励机制建设的合理性.
Abstract
The continuous strengthening of scientific research level in higher vocational education further meets the diverse needs of scientific research education in higher vocational colleges.Based on the construction of scientific research management system in the new era,combined with scientific research policies and requirements,higher vocational colleges should comprehensively analyze the significance of incentive mechanism application and the design of scientific research performance assessment framework.While pointing out the problems of scientific research performance assessment and incentive mechanism application,they should use three strategies:improving the assessment and evaluation supervision system,refining incentive plans,and clarifying the systematic and standardized construction of incentive systems,improving the scientificity of scientific research performance assessment and the rationality of incentive mechanism construction in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
