摘要

对于高职院校来说,教师的素养及其教学能力对其所培育的技术性人才的质量起着至关重要的作用,同时也会对院校声望及公众评价产生深远的影响,从而对其未来的持久性发展构成影响.在21 世纪,人才被视为最具活力且最具创新性的生产力,他们对企业的成功起着至关重要的作用.因此,提升高职院校教师团队的总体素质,以及培育满足企业真正需求的高级技术专门人才,将对促进院校的长久稳健的成长起到积极的作用,并且对塑造其品牌形象起着至关重要的作用.基于此,本文针对产教融合背景下高职院校提升教师教学人才培养的路径进行探索,以期提高高职院校教师教学水平.

Abstract

For higher vocational colleges,the quality of teachers and their teaching ability play a crucial role in the quality of the technical talents they cultivate.At the same time,they will also have a profound impact on the prestige and public evaluation of the institution,thus affecting their sustainable development in the future.In the 21st century,talents are seen as the most dynamic and innovative productive force,and they play a vital role in the success of a business.Therefore,improving the overall quality of the teaching team of higher vocational colleges and cultivating senior technical professionals to meet the real needs of enterprises will play a positive role in promoting the long-term and steady growth of colleges and universities,and play a vital role in shaping their brand image.Based on this,this paper explores the path of improving the training of teacher teaching talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of industry and education,in order to improve the teaching level of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
