The Construction of Harmonious Teacher-student Relationship in Vocational Colleges
The teacher-student relationship in vocational colleges is the most important interpersonal relationship in vocational colleges.With the arrival of the new era,along with many factors such as social transformation and changes in concepts,the teacher-student relationship has also been constantly changing.The teacher-student relationship in higher vocational education,as the most important relationship in teaching activities,is extremely important for the completion of teaching activities.So,how to resolve conflicts,avoid conflicts,and build a harmonious teacher-student relationship in vocational education is a major issue that every vocational education worker must face and think about.It is very important to study how to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship.This paper explores the research on harmonious teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges in China from three aspects:the characteristics of the teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges,the reasons for disharmony in the relationship,and the theory of building a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
