Redaction on the Development of Quality of Ideological and Political Education in Foreign Language Teachers under the PDCA Theory
Improving the quality of professional learning communities of ideological and political for foreign language teachers reflects the concept of cultivating virtue and nurturing talents.It is an important way to promote the reform of ideological and political education in the curriculum and an inevitable requirement to improve the quality of foreign language talent cultivation.The paper starts from three issues:the absence of management subjects,insufficient motivation of management objects,and inadequacy of management processes,and further demonstrates the compatibility of PDCA theory with the development of the professional learning communities of ideological and political for foreign language teachers.Finally,based on PDCA,it constructs a development model for the professional learning communities of ideological and political for foreign language teachers from dual perspectives of ideology and path.
