数字贸易视域下高职英语专业人才培养模式探究

摘要
数字化和大数据跨境流动催生了数字贸易在全球范围内的蓬勃发展,成为全球贸易发展和经济增长的主引擎和新动能.在此背景下,高职英语专业应主动作为,将培养复合型数字贸易人才作为人才培养的又一重要任务.本文以高职英语专业为研究对象,通过对数字贸易人才的需求和职业技能要求分析,制定人才培养目标、优化课程体系、充实教师队伍,强化自主实践全环节联动的培养方案,构建适应全球数字贸易快速发展的高职英语专业培养模式,精准服务数字贸易发展中的职业技能人才需求.
Abstract
The fast growing of digital trade in the world has put forward a large demand of digital trade personnel over the past years.As a new international trade form,new requirements of vocational skills for international trade staff are puts forward,which brings challenges as well as opportunities to English major students of higher vocational colleges.Digital trade personnel should not only have basic knowledge of international trade and English language,but also have the ability and skill to operate digital trade platform masterly.Under such a context,major of English of higher vocational colleges should adapt to the new requirements to adjust talent cultivating goals to suit the development of digital trade,strengthen cultivation of teaching staff and construct the course system and practical system to adapt to the digital trade development so as to train skillful and qualified digital trade talents.
