大数据背景下高职院校学生学业预警研究

在高职院校,学生面临的学业风险多样,包括成绩不佳、学习参与度低、心理健康问题等。本文分析大数据在识别和预防这些风险中的作用,特别是其在全面数据分析、个性化预警、实时监控和反馈以及促进数据驱动决策方面的优势。提出了建立综合数据分析系统、实施个性化预警和干预、提升教师队伍对数据的应用能力以及构建多元合作网络等策略,旨在提高学业预警的效率和效果,以期帮助高职院校更有效地管理学生学业风险,提升学生的学习成绩。
Research on Academic Early Warning for Vocational College Students in the Context of Big Data
In higher vocational colleges,students face various academic risks,including poor grades,low participation in learning,and mental health problems.This paper analyzes the role of big data in identifying and preventing these risks,especially its advantages in comprehensive data analysis,personalized warning,real-time monitoring and feedback,and promoting data-driven decision-making.Strategies have been proposed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of academic warning,including establishing a comprehensive data analysis system,implementing personalized warning and intervention,enhancing the ability of teachers to apply data,and constructing a diverse collaborative network,in order to help vocational colleges more effectively manage student academic risks and improve their academic performance.
