The Progress,Hotspot and Development Vision of the Research Topics on the Employment Quality of College Students in the New Century
At present,the structural contradiction of college students'employment is prominent,and the employment situation is relatively severe.By CiteSpace visual analysis software,this paper analyzes 368 literatures on college students'employment quality collected by NTU Core(CSSCI)and Peking University Core and draws a knowledge map.And the general situation and hot spots of the employment quality of college students in China are studied,and then the summary and prospect are made.The results show that:(1)the amount of literature published in the research field of the employment quality of college students in China shows a gradually increasing trend in general;(2)research on relevant content is mainly carried out by institutions of higher learning,and research cooperation between institutions in different regions is less;(3)domestic research focuses on the employment quality of college graduates,basic research on employment quality and college graduates;(4)research on digital economy has gradually become a research entry point.
