志愿服务视角下大学生就业竞争力提升策略

摘要
本文主要结合志愿服务与就业竞争力相关性研究的理论基础和志愿服务工作实践分析了高校大学生志愿服务的类型及特点、目前高校志愿服务的现状及存在的问题、志愿服务对提高大学生就业竞争力的影响.本文立足于人的全面发展教育的总体认识和把握,着重阐述志愿服务体系的构建,对于如何完善高校志愿服务指导教师建设及项目评优建设提出建议,进而全面提升大学生的就业竞争力.
Abstract
This paper mainly analyzes the types and characteristics of volunteer service for college students,the current situation and existing problems of volunteer service in universities,and the impact of volunteer service on improving the competitiveness of college students in employment,based on the theoretical basis of the correlation between volunteer service and employment competitiveness,as well as the practical experience of volunteer service work.Based on the overall understanding and grasp of human comprehensive development education,this paper focuses on the construction of the volunteer service system.Suggestions are put forward on how to improve the construction of university volunteer service guidance teachers and project evaluation,in order to comprehensively enhance the employment competitiveness of college students.
