新时代民办本科院校特色发展的路径研究——以四川省为例

随着新时代中国高等教育高质量发展的不断推进,民办本科院校的生存与发展环境正经历着广泛而深刻的变化,许多新情况、新问题摆在面前。新时代民办本科院校应审时度势,坚持走特色发展之路,打造特色精品,办好人民满意的教育。文章以四川省为例,分析了新时代民办本科院校特色发展的现状,在此基础上提出了新时代民办本科院校特色发展的路径建议:科学准确确定办学定位,指导特色发展;学科与专业建设协调发展,依据地方产业链需求打造学科专业群;改革人才培养模式,坚持"以能力培养为核心"的教学原则;加大双师型教师队伍建设力度,提高教师队伍整体水平与发展潜力;坚持开放办学,"借力"发展特色。
Study on the Path of the Characteristic Development of Private Undergraduate Colleges in the New Era—Taking Sichuan Province as an Example
With the continuous promotion of the high-quality development of higher education in China in the new era,the survival and development environment of private undergraduate colleges is undergoing extensive and profound changes,and many new situations and problems are facing them.Private colleges and universities in the new era should consider the situation,adhere to the road of characteristic development,create high-quality products with characteristics,and build core competitiveness with characteristics.Taking Sichuan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the characteristic development of private undergraduate colleges in the new era.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions on the path of the characteristic development of private undergraduate colleges in the new era:scientifically and accurately determine the school-running positioning,guide the characteristic development;coordinate development of discipline and specialty construction,building discipline and specialty groups according to the demand of industrial chain;reform personnel training mode,adhere to the"ability training as the core"teaching principle;strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers and improve their practical teaching ability;adhere to open education,"leverage"development characteristics.
