摘要

高校越来越重视培养人才的创新精神,学科竞赛作为培养应用型人才的一种方法和手段,是推动应用型高校教育教学改革和人才培养的重要动力.首先分析了高校在学科竞赛促进创新型人才培养中的探索现况,提出了"以赛促教,以赛促学"对大学生实践创新能力培养的重要性,并在具体实践过程中将学科竞赛与课程体系建设深度融合,促进应用型本科高校学生的创新实践能力以及专业的稳步快速发展.

Abstract

Colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the talents innovation spirit training.As a method and means of training applied talents,subject competition is an important driving force to promote the education reform and talents training in applied colleges and universities.First,it analyzes the current situation of universities'exploration on the promotion of innovative talent training by discipline competition,and puts forward the importance of"promoting teaching by competition and learning by competition"to the cultivation of college students'practical and innovative ability,and deeply integrates discipline competition with curriculum system construction in the concrete practice process,so as to promote the innovative and practical ability of applied undergraduate students and the steady and rapid development of majors.
