土木建筑类高职学生工匠精神培育方法分析

摘要
近年来,我国基建数量逐渐增加,这对于土木建筑类高职学生是一个大趋势.在此情势下,他们应具有优秀的工匠精神,只有这样,才能够有效发挥其自身的优势,并促使其具备爱岗敬业、甘于奉献的品格.基于此,本文首先展开论述培育土木建筑类高职学生工匠精神的重要性,指出工匠精神在培育过程中遇到的问题,并对相关专业高职学生工匠精神的培育策略进行研究,以供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,the number of infrastructure projects in China has been increasing,which is a major trend for higher vocational students majoring in civil engineering and architecture.In this context,it is essential for them to possess excellent craftsmanship spirit in order to effectively leverage their own strengths and develop qualities such as dedication and willingness to contribute.Therefore,this paper first discusses the importance of cultivating craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational students majoring in civil engineering and architecture,identifies the challenges encountered in the cultivation process,and explores strategies for cultivating craftsmanship spirit in relevant vocational students for reference.
