Vocational Education Helps Rural Revitalization:from Soft Governance to Green Development
With the deepening of China's rural revitalization strategy,the role of vocational education in rural revitalization is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper aims to explore how vocational education can help rural revitalization,from two aspects:soft governance and green development.Firstly,it analyzes the role of vocational education in rural soft governance.Through vocational education,farmers can receive practical skill training,improve their comprehensive quality,and thus promote the improvement of rural governance capabilities.In addition,vocational education can also cultivate entrepreneurial talents and promote innovation and development of rural governance models.Secondly,it explores the paths and strategies of vocational education in rural green development.By focusing on green industry training,strengthening green awareness education,strengthening practical teaching and social cooperation,supporting entrepreneurship and employment development,and improving teacher professional competence,vocational education can provide strong talent support for rural green development.Finally,it provides an outlook on the future development direction of vocational education in promoting rural revitalization.Suggestions have been put forward to strengthen the construction of vocational education system,optimize vocational education curriculum,strengthen school enterprise cooperation,and promote balanced development of regional vocational education.In short,vocational education plays an important role in rural revitalization.By promoting rural soft governance and green development,vocational education can provide strong talent support for rural revitalization and help achieve the rural revitalization strategy.
