基于1+X证书下职业院校财务管理专业人才培养模式的研究

摘要
在信息技术飞速发展的今天,社会对高校财务人员专业培养的要求逐步提升.在此背景下,职业院校应调整教学模式,通过1+X证书等制度形式有效提升学生专业质量,帮助学生强化专业能力,增强学习效率,促进教学优化.面对1+X制度下职业院校财务管理人才培养的不利因素,将从人才培养、师资队伍体系建设、教学模式等多方面内容入手,提出1+X证书下课程多元融合以及其他实践路径,为职业院校育人改革提供借鉴.
Abstract
In the context of the development of information technology,the society's requirements for the professional training of financial personnel in universities are gradually increasing.In this context,vocational colleges should adjust their teaching models,effectively promote the quality of student finance majors through 1 + X certificates and other institutional forms,help students strengthen their professional abilities,enhance learning efficiency,and promote teacher teaching optimization.Faced with the unfavorable factors of financial management talent cultivation in vocational colleges under the 1+X system,we will start from various aspects such as talent cultivation,faculty system construction,teaching models,etc.,and propose diversified integration of courses under the 1+X certificate and other practical paths,providing reference for the reform of vocational college education.
