新时代高职院校学生管理工作探索与实践

摘要
新时代高职院校的学生管理要适应当下学生成长发展规律,认真落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》和《职业教育提质培优行动计划(2020-2023 年)》,一切以学生为中心,为学生服务的理念,正确认识学生管理的现状,转变思想观念,不断创新工作机制,积极研究对策,努力探索新形势下学生管理和发展的新模式.全文以汉中职业技术学院为基础,对近年来学生管理工作进行了探索与实践并取得了初步成效,初步形成了一套完整育人体系,以期为高职院校学生管理工作提供参考性建议.
Abstract
The student management of higher vocational colleges and universities in the new era should adapt to the current law of student growth and development,conscientiously implement the"Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform"and the"Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Excellence of Vocational Education(2020-2023)",the concept of all student-centeredness and service,correctly understand the current situation of student management,change the ideology and concepts,and constantly innovate work mechanism,actively research countermeasures,and strive to explore a new mode of student management and development under the new situation.Based on Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College,student management in recent years has been explored and practiced and initial results for it have been achieved,and a set of complete education system have been formed initially,in order to provide reference suggestions for student management in higher vocational colleges and universities.
