Teaching Strategies of Public English in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education
The ideological and political education goes hand in hand with the course of ideology and politics,with the aim of cultivating the soul and educating the people,creating the educational environment of ideological and political education through the use of Internet and new media technology,showing the cases and scenes of ideological and political education,activating an ideological and political education atmosphere.It combines building values,imparting knowledge and developing capabilities.Based on the analysis of the ideological and political status quo and requirements of the public English course in higher vocational colleges,this paper expounds the teaching strategies of ideological and political education of English course in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:excavating ideological and political elements,setting up information database of ideological and political resources,exploring the implementation path of ideological and political education and evaluating the effect of curriculum education.The aim is to provide reference for the ideological and political education of public English and other public courses in higher vocational colleges.
