摘要
"全国党建工作样板支部"的创建对加强高校党支部建设工作具有重要的意义,其中包括提高高校党支部党建与业务工作融合水平.当前,在高校党支部党建融合方面普遍存在一些问题.文章围绕江苏工程职业技术学院建筑工程学院工程管理党支部"全国党建工作样板支部"培育创建的工作实际,探讨以党建与业务工作"四个融合"为主线的创建工作路径以及取得的工作成效、经验启示.研究高校党支部如何推动党建工作与业务工作双融合、双促进、双提升,在文化建设、队伍建设、产教融合、人才培养等方面发挥引领作用,全面赋能高质量发展.
Abstract
The establishment of"National Model Branch of Party Building Work"is of great significance to strengthen the construction of Party branches in colleges and universities,including improving the integration level of Party building and business work in Party branches in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the integration of Party building in university Party branches.This paper focuses on the practical work of cultivating and creating the"National Party building Model Branch"of the engineering management Party branch of the School of Architectural Engineering in Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology,and discusses the path of creating work with the"four integration"of Party building and business work as the main line,as well as the work results and experience enlightenment.To study how the Party branch of colleges and universities can promote the double integration,double promotion and double promotion of Party building and business work,play a leading role in cultural construction,team construction,integration of production and education,and personnel training,and comprehensively enable high-quality development.
