新时代高校党建工作与思政教育协同育人体系构建

摘要
实现立德树人根本条件之一是构建党建工作与思政教育协同育人体系.该育人体系是培养社会主义接班人的必经之路,亦可丰富学生理论知识、提高党性修养、提升教学质量及促进高校科学发展.新时代,传统育人体系已不能满足当前需求,探究党建工作与思政教育协同育人体系已成为必要的研究方向.基于新时代育人要求,本文首先分析高校党建工作与思政教育协同育人的意义,其次探究该育人体系目前存在较多的问题,最后重点探究解决此类问题的路径.
Abstract
One of the fundamental conditions for realizing moral education is to construct the system of Party building and ideological and political education.The education system is the only way to train socialist successors,and can also enrich students'theoretical knowledge,improve the Party spirit,improve the quality of teaching and promote the scientific development of colleges and universities.In the new era,the traditional education system can no longer meet the current needs,and it has become a necessary research direction to explore the collaborative education system of Party building work and ideological and political education.Based on the requirements of education in the new era,this paper first analyzes the significance of collaborative education between Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,then explores the many problems in the education system,and finally focuses on exploring the path to solve such problems.
