摘要
在高校人才培养过程中,学生党员的发展与培养过程是党的建设基础工程,同时对高校基层党组织及党员进行考核评价也是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,因此针对党员发展、培养等全过程进行全方位考核对于高校党建工作具有深远意义.研究拟从考核培养体系建构角度切入,开设党员吸收发展KPI标准、建立党员培养质量评价体系、对党员发展全过程实施流程和清单进行制定,以此构建科学的考核评价体系,对形成高校学生党员考核培养体系的现实作用进行相关探讨,探索构建和完善学生党员考核评价体系的有效途径.
Abstract
In the process of talent cultivation in universities,the development and training of student Party members is a fundamental project of Party building.Assessing and evaluating grass-root Party organizations and Party members in universities is an important component of Party building work.Therefore,conducting comprehensive assessments of the entire process of Party member development and training has profound significance for Party building work in universities.This paper intends to start from the perspective of the construction of the assessment and training system,establish KPI standards for the absorption and development of Party members,establish a quality evaluation system for Party member training,and develop a scientific assessment and evaluation system for the entire process of Party member development.It aims to explore the practical role of forming a system for the assessment and training of student Party members in universities,and provide ideas for relevant party building work in universities.
