Exploration on the Construction Path of Grass-root Party Organization Team in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era
Strengthening the construction of grass-root Party organizations is the foundation for consolidating the Party building work in universities,and it is also an inevitable requirement for implementing the goal of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,promoting high-quality development of various undertakings in universities,and practicing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.On the basis of a comprehensive examination of the prominent problems faced by the construction of the Party work team in current universities,it is proposed that vocational colleges need to make efforts from four aspects:attaching great importance to the construction of Party organization teams,establishing and improving the system of grassroots Party organizations,optimizing and improving the structure of grass-root Party organization teams,and enhancing the professionalism of grass-root Party organization teams,in order to effectively strengthen the construction of grass-root Party organization teams in vocational colleges in the new era.The research has practical significance and reference value in solving the current difficulties in the construction of grass-root Party organization teams in higher vocational colleges.
