教师是线上教学的核心,教师线上教学胜任力模型的构建对教师线上教学的发展至关重要.基于斯宾塞胜任力冰山模型的理论视角,参考国内外有关教师教育技术标准,整合我国学者已有的研究,从线上教学知识、技能、情感态度、人格特质四个维度,构建教师线上教学胜任力模型,为教师线上教学能力的鉴别、考评、培养提供方向.
Construction of Teachers'Online Teaching Competency Model—From the Perspective of Iceberg Model
Teachers are the core of online teaching,and the construction of teachers'online teaching competency model is crucial to the development of teachers'online teaching.Based on the theoretical perspective of Spencer's competency iceberg model,referring to the relevant domestic and foreign standards of teacher education technology,integrating the existing research of Chinese scholars,building a teacher's online teaching competency model from the four dimensions of online teaching knowledge,skills,emotional attitude,and personality traits,providing direction for the identification,evaluation,and cultivation of teachers'online teaching ability.
