基于OBE理念的金融工程专业实践教学改革探讨

金融工程专业作为一门前沿交叉性学科,注重对学生实践创新能力的培养.然而,我校金融工程专业传统的实践教学存在一些不足.本研究首先分析了我校金融工程专业传统实践教学存在的不足,在此基础上,以OBE理念为指导,从实践教学体系、师资队伍和教学评价体系等方面进行了深入探讨,提出了实践教学改革的思路.本研究的结果旨在为高校教育工作者创造以学生为中心、以成果为重点、以能力为基础的实践学习环境提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
As a cutting-edge interdisciplinary subject,the field of financial engineering emphasizes the cultivation of students'practical and innovative abilities.However,there are some deficiencies in the traditional practical teaching of financial engineering at our university.This study first analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional practical teaching in our university's financial engineering program.Based on this analysis,guided by the OBE(Outcome-based Education)concept,in-depth discussions are conducted on the practical teaching system,faculty team,and teaching evaluation system,proposing a direction for the reform of practical teaching.The results of this study provide valuable references for higher education practitioners to create a student-centered,outcome-oriented,and competency-based learning environment.
