Exploration of the Reform of Financial Engineering Practical Teaching Based on the OBE Concept
As a cutting-edge interdisciplinary subject,the field of financial engineering emphasizes the cultivation of students'practical and innovative abilities.However,there are some deficiencies in the traditional practical teaching of financial engineering at our university.This study first analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional practical teaching in our university's financial engineering program.Based on this analysis,guided by the OBE(Outcome-based Education)concept,in-depth discussions are conducted on the practical teaching system,faculty team,and teaching evaluation system,proposing a direction for the reform of practical teaching.The results of this study provide valuable references for higher education practitioners to create a student-centered,outcome-oriented,and competency-based learning environment.
