应用型本科院校实践育人评价指标体系构建策略研究

在新时期三全育人背景下,应用型本科院校结合自己的实际情况,始终坚持以立德树人为根本,构建了多元化的实践育人体系,但在实施中由于评价指标单一、评价方式简单,没有充分发挥实践育人的优势和作用。实践育人是"三全育人"体系的重要组成部分,是提升学生实践能力和综合素质的有效路径,探索构建合理的实践育人评价指标体系,能有效地激发学生主观能动性,能真正促进学生全面发展。
Research on the Construction Strategy of Practical Education Evaluation Index System in Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges
Under the background of three-education in the new era,application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,combined with their own actual situation,have always insisted on moral cultivation as the foundation,and built a diversified practical education system.However,due to the single evaluation index and simple evaluation method in the implementation,the advantages and roles of practical education have not been given full play.Practical education is an important part of the"three-in-one education"system and an effective way to improve students'practical ability and comprehensive quality.Exploring and constructing a reasonable evaluation index system of practical education can effectively stimulate students'subjective initiative and truly promote their all-round development.
