摘要

深入推进教育强国建设,高素质教师队伍是基础.高校教师发展中心作为实现高素质师资队伍建设的基础平台,在高校内涵建设中发挥愈发重要的作用.而教师促进师队伍建设是解决当前高校普遍存在的教师发展中心团队力量薄弱,难以满足教师发展个性化需求这一困境的有效途径.通过分析教师促进师队伍建设与培育的方向、专业发展中存在的问题,探索教师促进师队伍建设的路径与策略.

Abstract

To further promoting the construction of a powerful education country,high-quality teachers are the foundation.As a basic platform for the construction of high-quality teachers,the center for faculty development plays an increasingly important role in the connotation construction of universities.The construction of faculty facilitator team is an effective way to solve the current dilemma of weak team strength in the center for faculty development in universities,which is difficult to meet the personalized needs of teachers'development.By analyzing the direction of construction and cultivation of faculty facilitator team,as well as the existing problems in professional development,this paper explores the paths and strategies for faculty facilitator team construction.
