班主任工作视角下高校学风建设的几点思考

学风是学校治学宗旨、治学理念和治学思想的综合体现,优良学风是保证教学质量的重要条件,是构成良好校风的基本保障和前提条件,是培养高素质人才的关键要素之一.学风的好坏直接影响到教学改革的成败和教学质量的改进,关系到人才培养目标能否顺利实现.本文旨在研究班主任视角下高校学风建设存在的问题,对如何通过多个路径有效实现学风建设进行阐述,具有一定的启发意义.
Abstract
The style of study is a comprehensive reflection of the school's academic purposes and ideas.A good style of study is an important condition to ensure the quality of teaching,a basic guarantee and prerequisite for the formation of a good school spirit,and one of the key elements in cultivating high-quality talents.The quality of the style of study directly affects the success or failure of teaching reform and the improvement of teaching quality,and relates to the smooth realization of talent training objectives.This paper aims to study the problems in the construction of the style of study in colleges and universities from the perspective of the class teacher,and to elaborate on how to effectively achieve the construction of the style of study through multiple paths,which is of certain inspiration.
