优化教务管理视角下提升高校教师教学积极性的措施探析

摘要
在中国现行教育体制下,高校是培养高素质人才的重要基地,高校教师则承担着教书育人、培养国家人才的神圣使命,其教学的积极性能够对人才培养的最终效果产生重大影响.因此,从教务管理角度探索提升高校教师教学的积极性,即通过优化教务管理,对教师实行更为科学、民主、人性化的管理,将会成为提高大学教师教学积极性、提升教学水平的有效途径.本文主要从分析教务管理与教师教学积极性的内在联系入手,尝试从优化教务管理视角提出促进教师教学积极性的具体措施,从而提高人才培养的效率.
Abstract
Under the current education system in China,colleges and universities are an important base for cultivating high-quality talents,while college teachers undertake the sacred mission of teaching and educating people and cultivating national talents,and their teaching enthusiasm can have a significant impact on the final effect of talent training.Therefore,it's necessary to explore how to improve the teaching enthusiasm of college teachers from the perspective of educational administration management,that is,through optimizing educational administration management and implementing more scientific,democratic and humanized management of teachers,it will become an effective way to improve the teaching enthusiasm of college teachers and improve the teaching level.This paper mainly analyzes the internal relationship between educational administration management and teachers'teaching enthusiasm,and tries to put forward specific measures to promote teachers'teaching enthusiasm from the perspective of optimizing educational administration management,so as to improve the efficiency of personnel training.
