随着我国经济社会的快速发展，教育在国家事业建设中扮演着越发重要的基础工程角色。通过教育手段帮助贫困地区和贫困家庭摆脱贫困是落实习近平总书记关于教育扶贫重要论述的重要举措，高校需要积极参与发展型资助育人工作，为受助学生提供全方位的支持和帮助，提升资助工作的精准度，充分发挥物质保障的功能，注重培养学生诚实守信、感恩意识和自立自强，为受助学生提供丰富的实践平台，激发成长活力和成才动力，打破贫困家庭的教育障碍，为乡村振兴做出积极贡献。
The Development-oriented Financial Aid in Colleges and Universities Subsidizes Education and Empowers Rural Revitalization:the Inner Logic and Practical Path
With the rapid development of our country's economy and society,education plays an increasingly important role in the construction of national projects.To help poor areas and poor families get rid of poverty through education is an important measure to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on poverty alleviation through education.Colleges and universities need to actively participate in the work of developing financial assistance and education,provide comprehensive support and help for the recipients,improve the accuracy of financial assistance,give full play to the function of material security,pay attention to cultivating students'honesty and trustworthy,sense of gratitude and self-reliance,provide rich practical platforms for the recipients,stimulate the vitality of growth and motivation for success,so as to break the educational barriers of poor families and make positive contributions to rural revitalization.
