"三全育人"背景下高校学风建设研究

摘要
学风建设是校园文化建设的重要内涵,是践行高校"立德树人"根本任务的重要保障.三全育人理念对学风建设路径指明新的方向,提供了新的思路.针对当前高校学风建设问题,从三全育人角度提出建立全员参与的学风建设队伍、学风建设贯穿教育教学全过程、全方位夯实学风建设育人体系等对策,提高高等教育发展水平和人才质量水平.
Abstract
The construction of academic atmosphere in universities is an important connotation of campus cultural construction and an important guarantee for implementing the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and cultivating talents"in universities.The proposal of the concept of three comprehensive education points out a new direction for the construction of academic atmosphere.In view of the current problems in the construction of academic style in colleges and universities,this paper deeply analyzes the problems in the construction of academic atmosphere from the perspective of"three comprehensive education",proposes improvement measures and suggestions for academic atmosphere construction from the perspective of"three comprehensive education",so as to improve the level of higher education development and talent quality.
