国际本科层次职业教育的发展演变及经验启示

摘要
近年来,国际本科层次职业教育发展取得重大成就,为现代职业教育体系改革提供重要指导.国际本科层次职业教育的演进过程包括高等职业院校兴起阶段、教育模式拓展阶段、学徒制体系优化阶段.在此过程中,国际本科层次职业教育逐渐形成教育导向明确、教育框架完善、人才培养模式多样的发展特色.借鉴国际本科层次职业教育的成功经验,我国需从明确本科层次职业教育定位、建立国家资格框架体系、实施多主体人才共治等方面提升本科层次职业教育发展水平.
Abstract
In recent years,major achievements have been made in the development of international undergraduate-level vocational education,providing important guidance for the reform of the modern vocational education system.The evolution process of international undergraduate vocational education includes the rise of higher vocational colleges,the expansion of education models,and the optimization of the apprenticeship system.In this process,international undergraduate-level vocational education has gradually formed the development characteristics of clear education orientation,perfect education framework,and diverse talent training models.Drawing on the successful experience of international undergraduate-level vocational education,China needs to improve the development level of undergraduate-level vocational education in terms of clarifying the positioning of undergraduate-level vocational education,establishing a national qualification framework system,and implementing multi-agent talent co-governance.
