职业院校面向产业高端，高端产业建设高水平专业群，有助于设立技术创新型服务平台，建立高水平技能型人才培育机制，提升学校办学效益。高水平专业群建设不仅反映 1+X证书制度下职业院校高质量发展，还可满足现代职业教育培训体系建立、院校优质发展、职业教育全面评估的适应性要求。1+X证书制度下，制度尚未健全、创新模式缺乏、资源整合较难和平台亟待完善，成为阻滞职业院校高水平专业群建设的瓶颈。职业院校应立足1+X证书制度，以研发职业技能等级证书为引擎，构建高水平专业群育人机制;以激发试点院校优势为动力，创建立体化高水平专业群建设模式;以培育技能人才为目标，挖掘高水平专业群建设资源;以植入新职业技术为宗旨，建立高水平专业群建设服务平台。
Construction of High-level Professional Groups in Vocational Colleges under the 1+X Certificate System:Realistic Challenges and Practical Ideas
Vocational colleges are oriented towards high-end industries,and high-end industries build high-level professional groups,which will help to establish a technological innovation service platform,establish a high-level skilled personnel training mechanism,and improve school-running efficiency.The construction of high-level professional groups not only reflects the high-quality development of vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system,but also meets the adaptability requirements of the establishment of a modern vocational education and training system,the high-quality development of colleges,and the comprehensive evaluation of vocational education.Under the 1+X certificate system,the system has not yet been perfected,the innovation model is lacking,the integration of resources is difficult,and the platform needs to be improved urgently,which has become a bottleneck hindering the construction of high-level professional groups in vocational colleges.Based on the 1+X certificate system,vocational colleges should build a high-level professional group education mechanism with the engine of researching and developing vocational skill level certificate;create a three-dimensional high-level professional group construction model with the driving force of stimulating the advantages of pilot colleges;explore high-level professional group construction resources with the target of cultivating skilled personnel;establish a high-level professional group construction service platform with the purpose of implanting new professional technology.
