Positive Qualities of Higher Vocational Students:Development Rules and Educational Strategies
In China,the positive psychological qualities of senior undergraduate students(hereinafter referred to as"higher vocational students")have not received enough in-depth attention and the educational strategies are not well targeted,and there are many problems.In the framework of positive psychology,we analyze the value and significance of positive qualities of higher vocational students for individuals,families and schools;clarify the psychological structure of positive qualities of higher vocational undergraduate students;explore the development rules of positive qualities of higher vocational undergraduate students;create a positive educational environment,consciously pay attention to positive experiences of oneself,objectively and scientifically evaluate oneself,experience oneself in high-quality practical activities,and systematically use behavioral intervention techniques to promote the development of higher vocational students'positive qualities.
