高职学生职业能力适应性问题研究

摘要
高职学生职业适应能力不仅包括求职、入职和上岗后的工作能力,面对新的管理方式以及技术变化后必备的应变能力,还包括内容更全、要求更高、迁移力更强的竞争硬实力.只有正确界定高职学生职业能力适应性,积极开展高职学生职业能力适应性问题研究,并通过优化政府职业适应能力培养的宏观环境、创新院校职业适应能力培养体系、强化社会及企业对职业适应能力认同、发挥家庭独特的职业适应能力培养作用、增强学生职业适应能力发展动力等措施,才能提升高职学生的职业适应性.
Abstract
The vocational adaptability of higher vocational students not only includes the work ability of job hunting,entry and post employment,the necessary adaptability in the face of new management methods and technological changes,but also includes the competitive hard power with more comprehensive content,higher requirements and stronger migration ability.Only by correctly defining higher vocational students'vocational ability adaptability and actively carrying out research on it,and through the measures such as optimizing the macro environment of vocational adaptability training in government,innovating the vocational adaptability training system in colleges and universities,strengthening the recognition of vocational adaptability by society and enterprises,giving play to the unique role of family in vocational adaptability training,and enhancing the development motivation of students'vocational adaptability,can higher vocational students'vocational adaptability be improved.
