Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the"Three Education Reform"in Architecture Majors under the Background of"Improving Quality and Training Excellence"
The National Vocational Education Reform Plan and The Vocational Education Quality Improvement and Excellence Action Plan(2020-2023)both put forward higher requirements for"teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods".The"Three Education Reform"is the key to the high-quality development and improvement of vocational education.This paper found that the current situation and common problems of the"Three Education Reform"are:the dual teacher quality of teachers is not fully possessed,the teacher development system and textbook teaching method system involved in the"Three Education Reform"are not yet sound,the vocational education characteristics of textbooks are not clear enough,and teachers and teaching methods are not fully in line with the requirements of the new era.According to the requirements of the national quality improvement and excellence program,the development direction of"teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods"was analyzed,and according to the requirements of the new era,countermeasures for"Three Education Reform"were proposed,including:improving teacher related systems and enhancing teachers'comprehensive abilities;making good use of the school-enterprise cooperation platform to enhance teachers'professional skills and enhancing students'professional abilities,and strengthening the integration of information technology and curriculum ideological and political education in the reform process of teachers and teaching methods.
