Research on the Development of English Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industry Education Integration
Higher vocational colleges are the main battlefield for cultivating skilled and technical talents,and are the backbone of continuously promoting the healthy development of China's socialist market economy.Therefore,in the perspective of industry education integration,higher vocational English education should not only cultivate students'language knowledge,literacy,and abilities,but also enhance their career development abilities,help students adapt to economic globalization,economic globalization,and the domestic and international dual circulation pattern,and become high-quality and versatile English talents.This paper combines the practical,open,and professional characteristics of vocational English,clarifies the development trend of English education in China,explores the logic of integrating industry and education to empower vocational English education,and proposes a development strategy that can enhance the openness,cultural,professional,and practical aspects of English education.
