Exploration and Practice on Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era
With the urgent demand for labor oriented talents in society and the continuous deepening of higher education reform in China,labor education has become an important teaching content in higher vocational colleges.A sound labor education system can help improve students'sense of responsibility and innovation ability,and cultivate their craftsmanship and professionalism.Based on the value and spiritual connotation of labor education,this paper analyzes the common problems in labor education in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some suggestions to ensure the healthy and orderly development of labor education in higher vocational colleges,comprehensively improve students'labor literacy,and continuously provide all-round development of modern skilled talents for building a modern socialist power.
