摘要
教育与社会劳动相融合,是社会主义教育的重要指导方针,也是强化高校育人力度的重要抓手,对培养服务于社会主义事业的优秀人才,起着重要的意义.对此,本文阐述思政教育与劳动教育融合的价值意蕴,结合当前高校教育创新的需求,积极探索思想政治教育与劳动教育融合的创新路径,并从教学途径、教学内容、育人主体等方面,提出可操作性较强的教学策略,以期为高校育人工作提供参考,促进育人实践活动实施效果的显著提升,从而达成立德树人的根本目标.
Abstract
The integration of education and social labor is an important guiding principle of socialist education,and also an important lever to strengthen the education efforts of universities.It plays an important role in cultivating outstanding talents who serve the socialist cause.In this regard,this paper elaborates on the value implications of the integration of ideological and political education and labor education,and actively explores innovative paths for the integration of ideological and political education and labor education,taking into account the current demand for educational innovation in universities.From the aspects of teaching methods,teaching content,and educational subjects,it proposes teaching strategies with strong operability,in order to provide reference for the education work in universities and promote the significant improvement of the implementation effect of educational practical activities,in order to achieve the fundamental goal of establishing a virtuous person.
