基于创新驱动视角的高校教学管理服务体系的优化

作为人才培养的重要途径,创新驱动是高校教学管理工作有效性提升的重要路径。对高校教学管理工作而言,只有基于创新驱动视角,对其教学管理服务体系加以调整和优化,才能为人才的培养奠定良好的基础,为教学提供有力的支持和保障。基于此,本文首先探讨了高校教学管理服务体系优化的意义:即有利于弥补以往教学管理中的不足;有助于防止教学管理形式化问题;有助于提高教学质量;有助于顺应教学改革深化。其次,本文有针对性地提出了基于创新驱动视角的高校教学管理服务体系优化策略:首先,以学生为中心,对教学管理进行改革;第二要重视教学管理人员服务创新意识的提高;第三是对学生考核机制进行创新;第四是对教学管理机制加以完善;最后是要重视教学管理中的信息化建设。
Improvements for the Teaching Management Service System in Colleges and Universities from the Innovation-driven Perspective
As an important way of talent cultivation,innovation is also essential for improving the effectiveness of teaching management in colleges and universities.For the teaching management of colleges and universities,only by adjusting and optimizing its teaching management service system based on the innovation-driven perspective can a good foundation for the cultivation of talents be laid and strong support and guarantee for teaching be provided.Based on this,first of all,the thesis discusses the significance of the improvements of teaching management service system in colleges and universities,that is,it is beneficial to make up for the shortcomings of previous teaching management,to prevent the formalization of teaching management,to promote the improvement of teaching quality,to adapt to the deepening of the reform of teaching.In addition,it puts forward the strategies for improving teaching management service system based on innovation-driven perspective:first,reforming teaching management based on students;second,attaching importance to the improvement of teaching managers'awareness of service innovation;third,innovating the student assessment mechanism;fourth,improving the teaching management mechanism;finally,paying attention to the information construction in teaching management.
