Research on the Innovation of the Training Mode of Financial Management Professionals in the Era of Digital Intelligence
With the further development of Internet big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the era of digital intelligence has arrived,which also put forward updated requirements for higher education personnel training mode,under this requirement,the training mode of financial management professional talents must be actively innovative to adapt to the development of the times.Based on this,this paper makes a preliminary study on the innovation of financial management professional talent training mode in the era of digital intelligence.Firstly,it analyzes the positive role in the era of digital intelligence on the cultivation of financial management professional talents,as well as the"new requirements"for financial management professional talents in the era of digital intelligence.Then,the deficiencies still existing in the current professional construction were expounded.Finally,based on the above contents,this paper discusses in detail how colleges and universities can innovate the training mode of financial management professionals in the era of digital intelligence from the perspectives of curriculum system optimization,faculty construction,and improvement of evaluation flexibility,in order to further improve the quality of talent training.
