近代大学导师制对高校辅导员工作的启示

摘要
在校大学生是高校辅导员直接的工作对象,辅导员工作的好坏直接关系到大学生在校期间的学习与生活;从而直接关系到在校大学生的身心成长.所以,党和国家也高度重视当今高校的辅导员工作,颁布了一系列相关实施指导意见.而中国近代教育史上,大学导师制的实施也正是基于培养大学生身心健康发展的需要.尽管中国近代大学导师制度实施的内容有许多是反动的、令人厌恶的;但是其中的确也有些做法还是值得学习与借鉴,对于当今高校辅导员工作还是有所启发的.因此,研究中国近代大学导师制的经验与教训对于当今高校辅导员工作可以起到一定的借鉴作用.
Abstract
College students are the direct work targets of college counselors,and the quality of their work is directly related to their learning and life during their time in school.Therefore,as the most direct educators for college students,counselors are directly related to the physical and mental growth of college students.Therefore,the Party and the state also attach great importance to the work of counselors in universities today,issuing a series of relevant implementation guidance opinions,and conducting a series of annual work meetings.In the history of modern education in China,the implementation of the university tutorial system was precisely based on the need to cultivate the physical and mental health development of college students.Although many of the contents of the implementation of the mentor system in modern Chinese universities were reactionary and repulsive,there are indeed some practices that are worth learning and learning from,which still provide inspiration for the work of college counselors today.Therefore,studying the experience and lessons of the mentor system in modern Chinese universities can also serve as a reference for the current work of university counselors.
