高校学生事务一站式服务模式的构建,必须基于制度调整、模式优化及设计分析,探究服务管理工作需求及服务方向,提升学生服务满意度及服务工作有效性.本文将基于对高校学生事务一站式服务需求与内在逻辑的分析,明确高校学生事务一站式服务的主要模式,进一步结合未来一站式服务工作方向,制定科学的学生事务一站式服务模式建设策略,提升高校学生事务一站式服务模式建设发展信息化、数字化水平,保证一站式服务模式的服务工作质量.
Abstract
The construction of a one-stop service model for student affairs in universities must be based on institutional adjustment,model optimization,and design analysis,exploring the needs and directions of service management work,and improving student service satisfaction and effectiveness.This paper will be based on the analysis of the demand and internal logic of one-stop service for university student affairs,clarify the main modes of one-stop service for university student affairs,and further combine with the future direction of one-stop service work to develop a scientific strategy for the construction of one-stop service mode for student affairs,improve the level of informatization and digitization in the construction and development of one-stop service mode for university student affairs,and ensure the quality of service work of one-stop service mode.
