积极心理学背景下提升高校心理育人实效

心理育人作为高校综合教育教学体系的核心组成部分之一,对于预防学生的心理危机、引导高校大学生树立正向积极的价值观念,培养学生强大的心理承受能力和意志力有着极为重要的意义.在积极心理学的背景下,高校应通过构建科学的积极心理学育人体系、创设浓郁氛围的校园心理育人环境、确立积极心理育人方向和目的等对策,不断提升高校心理育人质量,为培养时代新人服务.
Abstract
Psychological education,as one of the core components of the comprehensive education and teaching system in universities,is of great significance in preventing students'psychological crises,guiding college students to establish positive and positive values,and cultivating students'strong psychological endurance and willpower.Under the background of positive psychology,colleges and universities should constantly improve the quality of psychological education in colleges and universities and serve the cultivation of new people in the era by building a scientific positive psychology education system,creating a campus psychological education environment with a strong atmosphere,and establishing the direction and purpose of positive psychological education.
