Research on Career Planning Education for College Students Guided by Employment Ability
In the new situation,the employment pressure of students is increasing day by day,but blind employment can lead to unemployment after graduation,which is not conducive to the healthy development and career growth of college students.Career planning education is a key to alleviating the employment and career selection problems of college students.By focusing on employability and planning the career planning education process,it can improve the success rate of college students'employment and help them achieve healthy and comprehensive development.Combining the basic connotation and influencing factors of employability,this paper explores the problems in vocational planning education in China,and proposes scientific and reasonable response ideas to enhance the effectiveness and effectiveness of university education.
