Research and Application of the Quality Evaluation System for the Integration of Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
Taking the Automobile Technology Department of Zhejiang Agricultural Business College as an example,this paper establishes a quality evaluation system for integrating industry and education,which highlights the educational concept of"cultivating talents into virtue and attaining talents"of the college.By means of questionnaire and expert discussion,stakeholder theory is used to construct hierarchical evaluation indicators and establish the structure,dimension and weight of the quality evaluation system of the integration of production and education.It designs the quality evaluation system of the integration of production and education from eight aspects,namely,organization and cooperation,professional teaching,student training,teacher development,employment quality of graduating class,follow-up evaluation of previous students,industry influence and the construction of training bases inside and outside the school,divided into two levels,and summarizes and evaluates its application effect.
