摘要
来华留学生教育培养是高职院校国际化办学提质增效的必然选择,也是高职院校高质量发展的内在需求.新时期高职院校来华留学生教育存在着总体规模较小、教师国际化能力不足、人才培养质量普遍不高以及留学生奖助体系不健全的现状.本文从来华留学生长效发展机制、师资队伍国际化能力提升工程、打造中国职教特色的留学高地以及留学生奖助体系完善等视角入手,提出高职院校来华留学生教育的优化路径.
Abstract
The education and training of international students in China is an inevitable choice for higher vocational institutes to improve the quality and efficiency of international education,and is also an internal demand for the high-quality development of higher vocational institutes.In the new era,the education of international students in higher vocational institutes in China has the following problems:small overall scale,insufficient internationalization ability of teachers,and imperfect quality of talent training and the award and aid system for international students.The paper puts forward the path for optimization of the education of international students in higher vocational institutes from the following aspects of the growth and development mechanism of international students in China,the improvement project of the internationalization ability of teachers,the building of a highland for international students with Chinese vocational education characteristics,and the improvement of the award and aid system for international students.
