论新公共管理视角下的中国行政管理改革

摘要
新公共管理最早由发达国家提出和兴起.其主体思想是把企业管理所运用的技术方法融入政府管理当中.新公共管理的产生和应用对我国行政管理改革起到积极推动作用,由于我国社会制度不同于西方发达国家,因此在实际应用当中需要很好的调整或者改善.
Abstract
New public management was first proposed and emerged in developed countries.Its main idea is to integrate the technical methods used in enterprise management into government management.The emergence and application of new public management have played a positive role in promoting China's administrative management reform.Due to the different social systems in China compared to developed Western countries,it is necessary to make good adjustments or improvements in practical application.
