摘要

教师信息化能力培养是推进教师职业发展以适应教育信息化转型的关键举措,同时也是现代院校提升教育教学质量、提高办学水平的基本要求.在互联网时代,为充分提升教师信息化教学能力,本文结合教师信息化教学能力的本质属性,分析信息化教学能力提升的问题,提出科学合理的应对策略,以期推动教师的现代化发展,助推教育信息化建设.

Abstract

The cultivation of teachers'informatization ability is a key measure to promote teachers'professional development to adapt to the transformation of education informatization,and it is also a basic requirement for modern universities to improve the quality of education and teaching and the level of running schools.In the era of the Internet,in order to fully enhance teachers'information-based teaching ability,this paper analyzes the problems of improving information-based teaching ability and proposes scientific and reasonable countermeasures combining the essential attributes of teachers'information based teaching ability,with a view to promoting the modernization of teachers and promoting the construction of educational informatization.
