摘要
高校要重视人才自主培养,加快建立人才资源竞争优势.新文科建设背景下,通过对财经类高校的全国排名、区域分布和"双万计划"建设情况研究的基础上,以高校普遍认可的教学改革与研究课题、论文和教学成果奖作为研究指标,概括描述财经类高校教育教学研究的实际现状且分析其产生的原因,指出高校要不断加强评价制度改革、激发高校内部活力、加强高校基层组织建设、加大教师国内外培训交流来提升财经类高校整体教学能力与教学水平的反思与对策.
Abstract
Colleges and universities should attach importance to the independent training of talents and speed up the establishment of competitive advantages in human resources.Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,by studying the national ranking,regional distribution and construction of the"Double Thousand Plan"of finance and economics colleges and universities,taking the teaching reform and research topics,papers and teaching achievement awards generally recognized by colleges and universities as research indicators.This paper summarizes the current situation of teaching and research in financial colleges and universities in China,analyzes the causes of existing problems,and puts forward solutions and countermeasures to constantly strengthen the reform of evaluation system,constantly stimulate internal vitality,strengthen the construction of grassroots organizations,aggregate team strength,increase training and exchange,and improve teaching ability.
