Exploration on Gamification Teaching Design for Enterprise Culture in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Attention Competition
With the surging tide of the information age,the proliferation of knowledge and information has made attention the most scarce resource.In today's university classrooms,teachers have to compete with online games and short videos for students'attention.Games can make the brain secrete dopamine,concentrate attention,apply game elements to the field of education,design teaching with gamified thinking,use gamified structural elements as the"body"and psychological elements as the"soul",integrate a sense of choice,meaning,ability,and progress into teaching objectives,mechanism rules,and feedback evaluation,making learning the source of"flow of mind",in order to win the curriculum recognition of the new generation of students,effectively improve the teaching efficiency of vocational colleges,and win the battle of classroom attention.
